Community Engagement Toolbox

Community member engagement is a significant strategy to retain members and maximize their input on different research activities.

As part of managing the community, Insightrix will work closely with the client to build engagement strategies. Engagement is important because it results in higher response rates, higher quality data, and reduces member churn and recruitment costs. We will work with our client to determine the key components for member engagement, which will include the following:

Fully Branded Web Interface

The front page of the panel site is fully customizable for the client. It will be designed with the client utilizing their existing brand book.

Mobile Optimized

The site is mobile responsive so that panel members can access the site using what device they desire.

Quantative Research (Polls/Surveys)

After logging in, the community member can see if any surveys are waiting for them to answer.

Qualitative Options (Discussion Boards)

The community platform also can support discussions boards between the client and community members and between members. Members can upload a picture of themselves further creating a true community feeling. The discussion boards can be enabled if/when the client is ready to use this feature.

Email Communications

The client can email community members directly from the platform. This email will arrive in the member’s inbox (e.g. Outlook, Gmail, etc.). The communication will also be stored in the member’s email inbox in the platform.
