Panel Engagement Toolbox

Panel member engagement is a significant strategy to retain members and maximize their input on different research activities.

As part of managing the panel, Insightrix will work closely with the client to build engagement strategies. Engagement is important because it results in higher response rates, higher quality data, and reduces member churn and recruitment costs. We will work with our client to determine the key components for member engagement, which will include the following:

Build

Building a plan detailing the type and frequency of activities to take place with the panel.

Setting expectations with panel members when they decide to join the panel.

Developing a communications plan that includes regular updates to the members such as periodic, planned communications and regular newsletters.

Share

It is very important to share information with panel members to show that they are being listened to and that their advice matters to our client.

Fully Branded Web Interface

The front page of the panel site is fully customizable for the client. It will be designed with the client utilizing their existing brand book.

Mobile Optimized

The site is mobile responsive so that panel members can access the site using what device they desire.

Quantative Research (Polls/Surveys)

After logging in, the panel member can see if any surveys are waiting for them to answer.

Qualitative Options (Discussion Boards)

The panel platform also can support discussions boards between the client and panel members and between panel members. The panel members can upload a picture of themselves further creating a true community feeling within the panel. The discussion boards can be enabled if/when the client is ready to use this feature.

Email Communications

The client can email panel members directly from the platform. This email will arrive in the panel member’s inbox (e.g. outlook, gmail, etc.). The communication will also be stored in the panel member’s email inbox in the platform.
